As long as the host plays with a controller, the other person can use the keyboard. It's basically this: The host puts out a stream of the game, but the person watching has full control of the game as well, through an Nvidia app on Google Chrome.
I followed what other people said in parts of the internet, and it works! It uses Nvidia's Gameshare function.
